This Privacy Policy describes how Scela (the "Service", "we") collects, uses, stores, and protects data of its clients (B2B users) and their end users.
1. Scela role in data processing
- Data Controller: The Client (company using Scela) is the Data Controller of its customer data.
- Data Processor: Scela acts exclusively as the Data Processor, providing technical infrastructure for message routing and storage.
2. What information we collect
- Account data: Name, email, phone, company details, payment information.
- Integration data: Access tokens, phone numbers, and identifiers of connected WhatsApp and Telegram accounts.
- Communication data: Message history, media files, and end-user contact data transmitted through connected messengers.
- Technical data: IP addresses and operator activity logs (Worker/Chatter) for operational monitoring.
3. How we use data
- To provide the Service functionality (message routing, auto-replies).
- To provide operational monitoring and analytics for Heads and Managers.
- To deliver technical support and improve platform performance.
4. Data storage and security
- Location: Data is stored on secured servers in the EU in full compliance with GDPR requirements.
- Protection: We apply end-to-end encryption during data transmission. The platform operates as an operational firewall, isolating direct messenger access from operators.
- Access: Access to conversations is regulated by a strict role model inside the Client company.
5. User rights (GDPR)
Clients have the right to request export, correction, or complete deletion of their data and their users data (Right to be Forgotten).
