Terms of Service
Last updated: September 24, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Scela SaaS platform. By registering in the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Service description
Scela is a B2B platform for managing messenger communications (WhatsApp, Telegram). The Service provides a single interface for teamwork, role distribution, and dialogue monitoring.
2. Usage rules and "White Market"
- Legal use: The Service is intended only for processing inbound requests and lawful communication with clients.
- No spam: It is strictly prohibited to use Scela for mass spam campaigns, contact-base buying, or unsolicited messaging.
- Messenger policies: The Client must comply with official WhatsApp Business and Telegram policies. If a number is blocked by a messenger due to policy violations, Scela is not liable.
3. Accounts and roles
- The Client is responsible for all actions performed under accounts of its employees (Head, Manager, Worker/Chatter).
- Sharing Scela account access with third parties is prohibited.
4. Subscription and payment
- Scela uses a subscription model based on the number of active users (Workers/Chatters) or the selected plan.
- Payment is charged in advance for the billing period. Refunds for unused time are not provided unless otherwise agreed individually.
5. Intellectual property
- Scela rights: All platform code, design, interface, and algorithms are the property of Scela.
- Client rights: The entire client base, leads, and conversation history belong exclusively to the Client. Scela does not claim these data and does not use them for its own purposes.
6. Limitation of liability and SLA
We strive to ensure uninterrupted operation (SLA 99.9%), however, the Service is provided "as is". We are not responsible for failures on the side of third-party providers (WhatsApp, Telegram, internet providers).
